Possibly a B3 air rifle from China

Posted by - rsteve Feb/01/2012 at 12:14AM

I'm very new at this so bear with me! I recently bought a couple of air rifles at a sale. They have the under the barrel cocking lever. I cleaned them up and one of them had some kind of debris on the end of the bolt when cocked back. It even had a couple of bb's lodged in it.

Is the end of the bolt supposed to be clean and shiny or was that some sort of seal?
Also when you load it are you supposed to put the bb in the barrel or on the end of the bolt?
Either way, if you aim the gun down, the bb rolls out the end of the barrel like my old Daisy used to do.

Am I doing something wrong?
You can use my email at rhovious@indiana.edu if you prefer!

Thanks in advance for any help you might provide!
Steve
