Country’s other then the United States
It is you’re
responsibly to be in compliance with your countries import customs
regulations.
If an item is held
or confiscated by customs, it is your responsibility to clear or
have the item returned to us for a partial or full refund we may
at our discretion hold the item & funds until item is resold. If an item sold for
export has been confiscated and is not returned to us we can not
refund the purchase price or shipping cost.
With
multiple package shipping to other then United States if 1 package
has been confiscated by receiving customs or returned to us for
any reason all other packages will be held and no further items
will be shipped until receiving issues have been worked out and no
future returns can be guaranteed.
We will ship items as gifts but you must include full address with
your payment. During check-out write
this is a gift
It is illegal for us to lie to customs on the declaration form
we simply will not do this.
We
can, have & will disassembled then ship as parts, we do this so
you can repair your broken or worn airguns.
All Items sold for
export will be shipped with a certificate of mailing, (and
insurance if available)
At your request we
will send a copy of the certificate of mailing and or insurance to
you if
you
should request.
All Items returned
to us will be inspected for damage and mishandling before a
decision is made as to its disposition.
It is at out discretion on damaged items after they are returned
to us from a foreign destination to restock or resale and to price
there valve.

international shipment, you may be required to pay some
delivery fee or import taxes. International customers are
responsible for any and all duties or taxes assessed on
packages and for return shipping charges on any refused
